Submit a property inquiry
A homeowner visits funkycoldproperties.com or funkycoldproperties.com/contact and enters contact and property details to request a cash offer or ask about selling a property.
Inquiry is delivered to the business
The submission is delivered to FunkyCold Properties for review. An internal text alert may be sent to the business owner so the inquiry can be handled promptly.
Choose SMS updates
Next to the phone number field on the contact form, an optional checkbox lets the homeowner agree to receive marketing and non-marketing texts. It is unchecked by default, and the form can be submitted without selecting it.
Consent is recorded
The submitted phone number, opt-in choice, source page, disclosure version, IP address, and timestamp are retained as consent evidence. Homeowners can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
